We want customers to be able to understand our services, navigate the website and contact us regardless of the device or assistive technology they use. Accessibility is considered alongside performance, responsive design, readable content and clear navigation.

Website design

We aim to provide logical headings, clear link text, sufficient contrast, responsive layouts, keyboard-friendly controls and meaningful alternative text for important images. We also aim to avoid interactions that depend solely on hover or a particular screen size.

Documents and content

Some linked third-party services or documents may not be fully controlled by us. Where we become aware of an accessibility issue, we will consider practical improvements or an alternative way for customers to obtain the information.

Mobile, tablet and desktop

The website is designed mobile-first and tested across different viewport sizes. Content should reflow rather than requiring horizontal scrolling wherever reasonably possible.
