These Terms of Service govern the provision of services by Elvio Services Ltd ("Elvio Services", "we", "us", "our") to clients ("you", "your") across Cambridgeshire, Bedfordshire and surrounding areas, covering both the Elvio Outdoors and Elvio FM divisions.
All quotations are provided in writing following a consultation or site visit and are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated. Quoted prices are fixed at the point of acceptance, subject to the scope of work described. Any variation to the agreed scope requested by the client may result in a revised quotation.
Bookings are confirmed once a quotation has been accepted. We will provide an estimated date or window for works to commence. While we make every effort to meet scheduled dates, these may be subject to change due to weather, access, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Payment terms will be confirmed at the point of quotation. For one-off residential works, payment is typically due on completion. For commercial and contract clients, invoicing terms will be set out in the relevant service agreement.
Clients wishing to cancel or reschedule a booking should provide as much notice as possible. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours' notice may incur a charge to cover costs already committed.
Elvio Services Ltd holds public liability insurance covering all work undertaken. Our liability is limited to the cost of remedying any defect in workmanship directly attributable to our team, and does not extend to pre-existing conditions of the property not identified at the point of survey.
Clients are responsible for providing safe and reasonable access to the property for the agreed works. Where access is restricted or the site condition differs materially from that described at quotation stage, we reserve the right to revise the quotation.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
